What to Know About Manhattan Beach, CA

The AVP Manhattan Beach Open is held annually in the summer, drawing a large crowd of visitors. Starting on Tuesday, September 6th, the Metropolitan Water District (Metropolitan) is asking Manhattan Beach residents and businesses to suspend outdoor irrigation for 15 days while they repair an imported water pipe. The route includes Hermosa Beach Pier Avenue, Downtown Manhattan Beach, Manhattan Village Mall, Douglas Green Line station, downtown El Segundo, and Aviation Green Line station. Every Tuesday from 11am to 3pm, over 50 food vendors gather in downtown Manhattan Beach for the weekly Certified Farmers Market. Parking and street parking are available, as well as ADA parking.

The Commuter Express 438 stop at Manhattan Ave and 10th St and the Beach Cities Transit 109 stop at Manhattan Ave are both accessible.
